What the estimate includes

How long it takes
Plan on about 30 to 60 minutes on site for a typical lot, and longer for acreage. If you can't be there, we can walk the property on our own and go over the scope by phone. Second-home owners often prefer that.

Before you schedule work
If you're applying for a City of Prescott matching grant or a Yavapai Firewise grant, don't start until your grant allows it. The wildfire grants guide has the details. Costs from work done too early may not count. Let us know, and we'll time the job with you.
