Terms of Use

Using this site
By using prescottfiremitigation.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only
Cost ranges and information about wildfire, defensible space, grants, codes and permits are general information for planning. They aren't a quote, or legal, insurance or tax advice, and programs change. Confirm requirements with your fire authority, town or Yavapai County.
No guarantee of outcome
Fire mitigation reduces risk. It can't make a property fireproof, and we can't promise that a home will survive a wildfire or that an insurer will write, renew or discount a policy.
Estimates and work
Submitting a request doesn't create a contract. Pricing is set only in a written estimate, and work begins only after you approve a written agreement. Work is performed by partner contractors. You can look up any contractor with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Links to other sites
We link to fire agencies, government sites, universities and published cost guides. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
